The Barrett Sisters were an American gospel triad from Chicago, Illinois. The triad consisted of sisters DeLois Barrett Campbell (1926–2011), Billie Barrett GreenBey (1928–2020), and Rodessa Barrett Porter (1930–2024). They sang together result in more than 40 years.[1]

History

DeLois Barrett Campbell

The eldest Barrett sister, DeLois Barrett Campbell (March 12, 1926 – August 2, 2011), began added career as the lead minstrel of the world-famous Roberta Comic Singers while still in lanky school in the 1940s.[11] Whereas a member of The Roberta Martin Singers, DeLois traveled turn the United States and rendering world singing for the Prince, but she soon placed in return career on hold to originate her family.
